The Party Committee of ZOJE has consistently adhered to the principle that "development is the top priority," directing Party organizations within the company to closely integrate their activities with business operations and management. In line with production and operational objectives, it assists in establishing modern management systems. Through initiatives such as "Party Members Revealing Their Identity," integrity building, Party member model posts, and Party member responsibility zones, it encourages Party members to exemplify excellence, play a vanguard role, and drive collective progress among employees.

We established a "1+1" Party Member Assistance Fund, where each Party member donates 1 yuan monthly, matched by an equal contribution from the enterprise. This mutual aid platform extends the warmth of the Party organization, providing support to struggling Party members and vulnerable groups. The Committee strengthens leadership over mass organizations including the labor union, Communist Youth League, and women's federation, guiding them to operate independently in accordance with the law and their respective charters. Through approaches such as the "Three Links List" and "Secretary Home Visits," it gains insight into employees' concerns and practical difficulties, helping to resolve them and transforming the Party's political strengths into tangible productivity.

"Quality Achieves Excellence, Compassion Repays Society" – For years, the ZOJE Party Committee has been dedicated to public welfare, shaping the company's future through an entrepreneurial culture and a people-centric philosophy. Since 2002, in collaboration with the China Youth Development Foundation, we established the "Project Hope-ZOJE Fund." Subsequently, ZOJE has built 10 hope schools, creating educational opportunities for countless children. These efforts earned honors such as "Project Hope 20-Year Public Welfare Partner" and "Project Hope 25-Year Outstanding Contribution Award."

ZOJE remains grateful to society and committed to charity. Beyond supporting education, we actively participate in disaster relief, village-enterprise partnerships, and other public welfare initiatives. Activities include tree planting, "Five-Water Governance," blood drives, and study tours to Zhejiang’s model villages. We have also contributed significantly to local infrastructure, funding bridges, tunnels, parks, and other key projects.

To date, ZOJE’s cumulative public donations exceed 7.45 million yuan.
